Adventure Hire (Slimbridge) are an established family run Activity Hire Business located at Patch Bridge Slimbridge. Beside the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal with views of the Cotswold Hills in the Background.

We operate from The Blackshed Slimbridge - Our Reception Desk, is located just inside.

As of summer of 2024 our activities include, Bike Hire. Canoe Hire and Stand up Paddleboard Hire (& Instruction). All operated from our base at The Blackshed Slimbridge. Easy access to the Canal Towpath and the Canal itself from our dedicated launch pontoon

Welcome to Adventure Hire in Slimbridge, where we confidently combine adventure with expertise. We are Sally and Jess, a dynamic duo of ex-Royal Navy professionals who transitioned from military life to explore the canals after retiring in 2013. Recognizing a unique opportunity in the market, we established our venture from The Black Shed in 2019. Today, we proudly offer not only bike rentals but also hire canoes and more recently, stand-up paddleboard hire and instruction, ensuring every outdoor enthusiast finds their perfect adventure with us.
